Even though today's ride is descending to the Mediterranean coast, don't think it is all downhill, because we have a lot of small climbs to conquer.

Coming down from Boquete de Zafarraya Pass is more spectacular than the ascent and leave us in such a beautiful area, La Axarquía, that overlooks the Mediterranean coast. Towns in the Axarquía benefit from a very mild climate being on the slopes towards the sea. Staying overnight in Nerja, a town that is quite touristy, but it haven't lost its charm.
