Our cancellation policy is flexible. It allows you to cancel a trip up to 60 days before the start of a trip.

If cancellation notice is sent 60 or more days before the start date, you receive a refund of the total amount, excluding the 300 € reservation fee that is not refundable, but it will become a credit to future Ibérica CTC events in the following 24 months.

If cancellation is sent between 60 and 15 days before the start of the trip, 300 € deposit won't be refunded, but the rest of the fee will be applied as credit to any other tour organised by Iberica CTC departing within 24 months.

If cancellation is notified later than 15 days before the start of a trip, no refund will be made.

If there is a cancellation by Iberica CTC because a group doesn't reach the minimum, all the amount received to that date by Iberica CTC will be refunded and a 300 € extra will be given as a credit to use  in any Ibérica CTC event within the following 24 months.
