We start our ride in the beautiful Ampurdá region in Girona, where many professional cyclists live.

We continue towards La Garrotxa to climb Sentigosa Pass and into the steep grades in the Jou Pass, where there is a church, Sant Marti de Ogassa, that is 1004 years old!!!! It has been there for so long, waiting for us to come with our bikes.
