Today we will tackle the most important and famous climbs in the Pyrenees. We begin riding up the Aubisque Pass and in its descent we ride the spectacular stretch that overlooks the Litor ravine with tunnels built in 1860 by Napoleon III. After descending to the Argeles- Gazost valley, we start the ascent to the highest pass of our trip: Tourmalet Pass (2115 mts), that has seen for over hundred years cyclists arriving to its crest, will definitely be one of the highlights of our Pyrenees adventure. |
